Rethink your authorization system. It's so unbearable for me that it prevents me from looking at the products. I have no interest in subscription but could imagine to buy Lifetime Keys. Many companies like Arturia or Plugin-Alliance have found a good balance. That is what I'd like to see in the future.

Hey cclarinda! Ultimate members get access to all of our Instruments and plugins!

This is a good time to mention. In case y'all weren't aware, we are now offering 3-month Ultimate memberships for $49.99. Essentially, it's the same savings as the annual memberships for a shorter commitment! :phones:

I bought a lifetime key from Sweetwater last summer. I finally signed into Roland Cloud and entered it today. I’m not sure what instrument it was even for. I can’t see anywhere in my account that shows what products I own, nor did I receive an email, or even a pop up telling me what I had just registered. Since I also subscribe to Ultimate, it just shows me that “all products are owned” and I am lost. I’ve got two Play4Life keys I was going to use, but I don’t want to use them on something I already own. Is there not anywhere I can view this?

1. Install the Roland Cloud app on your computer and make sure it's running.
2. In the Roland Cloud app, in the upper right click your Settings, then Manage Your Roland Cloud account.

It should launch your web browser (it might prompt you to sign in again, if so - just sign in, close your browser, and then go back to # 2 above). Once you're there, it should bring you to this page:

https://www.roland.com/cloud/account-detail

There you should see any Loyalty Program rewards you have, along with Lifetime Keys available. Like this:

It just removes that instrument from your Loyalty collection, and opens a slot for you to choose another. No big deal.

...Wait, hang on here, so let's say I have the System-8 in my Loyalty Program, can I just swap that to be like "now I want to use the D-50" by deleting the Systen-8 and selecting the D-50, uninstall System-8 in Roland Cloud Manager and download the D-50 instead? :o

Thanks for the help, but I haven’t redeemed any Loyalty keys. I redeemed a Lifetime key I purchased from a retailer, but I’m not sure what Legendary product it was for (I suspect it was D-50, but when I test redeeming a Loyalty key, I can select D-50, and I assume it would be greyed out if I already own it). The only thing I see on that page is my Ultimate subscription and two loyalty keys which haven’t yet been redeemed. I’m just trying to figure out which product the Lifetime key I purchased and redeemed was for so that I don’t waste a Loyalty key on a product I already own.

Well this is easy to see, install Roland Cloud Manager, login and click the "Legendary" tab, click "Select All" and then the "Owned/Free" filter.

Not true. I “own” them all because I have an Ultimate subscription. They all show as owned when I do as you suggested.

Ah! Then you're probably out of luck, as far as I know there's no way to see your lifetime keys when you have a subscription ongoing. But you can try contacting support, my experience with them has only been positive.

Post

they should bring this feature back to see lifetime - it's demanded by most users

Post

i literally sent them email about this 4 days ago and just got back an answer that it has been added to the feature request list. which means it will probably not happen.

Yes - if your instrument has a trash can icon next to it, then you can delete that instrument and choose a different one to keep. I have done this several times, though I only choose stuff from the Legendary collection.
