I want to connect my audio interface with my amplifier to have sound from my passive speakers, the sockets of my amplifier are rca (red, black) the sockets of my audio interface are TRS 1/4 (2 sockets) what cable do I need to make this connection?
I know that rca is not balanced, is there a way to connect 2 separate cables, one end to be TRS 1/4 and the other RCA? in the market I can only find 1 cable with 2 ends, one end is a TRS 1/2 plug and the other 2 ends are 2 rca but I have 2 sockets on the audio interface. please if anyone can help me, thanks in advance.

Yes that's what you need, RCA to TRS 1/4" jack cable and buy two of them. Amazon probably has them or ebay for cheap.

Why not go with a standard RCA-RCA cable (you must have one already) and put on a pair of RCA->1/4"TS adapter plugs? Like these:

Because this is TS , The minifuse 2 recommends TRS witch is balance , with TS I ground one of 2 outputs of the balanced connection .

While in theory correct, in practice this doesn't pose a real issue. Both hot & cold conductors of a balanced connection are floating. Shorting one of these with ground doesn't create a real short-circuit. It will operate without issues. That is my 25 years experience with mixing pro & consumer gear.

Does your user manual explicitly state the balanced output should not be used unbalanced, because it will damage something?

I looked, the word "unbalanced" does not occur. Not good, it should state so.

If you want absolute confirmation, feel free to ask the manufacturer's tech support.

just get a mini mixer, then trs to trs to the mixer, rca to rca from the mixer outputs. done.

If you want a balanced signal in to the interface then look for a D.I. box with rca ins, or a mini mixer as noted above. A cabled with both rca and trs ends isn’t balanced, as the rca signal isn’t balanced, same as using adapters.

because this is TS , not TRS
the manual says" The MiniFuse features balanced outputs for noise-free operation.
We recommend that you use balanced TRS cables (two rings around the connector) for best experience."
