Connect Main DAW to DAW inside Virtual Machine on MAC

Im using Macbook iwth M1 chip, so some of my favorite VST intruments like Steinberg Wizoo Virtual Guitarist 2 doesnt work on 64bit systems and on M1 macs.
So I installed Windows 11 thru Parallels virtual machine.

Now, how can route midi from Cubase 12 on mac to cubase 12 on the virtual machine, and route audio out from Cubase 12 on vm to Cubase 12 on Mac ?

You could try Vienna ensemble pro? It should let you pipe audio through your local network.
