Hi everyone, I downloaded a trial of Waveform 12.5 and installed in on Lubuntu, it works, but not a single plugin from third parties will work in it, yet they all work on Reaper Qtractor and even Audacity.
Does anyone know if the trial version of Waveform 12.5 only allows the the included plugins to work, I contacted Waveform and no answer, not very encouraging, I doubt many people will pay for a product when support is lacking to the extent a simple question like the above goes un answered.
Any help appreciated, thanks.

3rd party plugins should work. If you want to get more detailed responses, please provide more description than "will not work".
Surely there must be consensus by now...

I try Pianoteq8 and as soon as I add it Waveform completely freezes, I have to kill it with a command, the rest of the computer continues to work though, just Waveform crashing, and only for the feature that upon reopening of Waveform your given a choice of the last working state or the state that froze I would not even be able to open the project again. But its not just Pianoteq, its every plugin that works in Reaper that causes Waveform to freeze the instant they are selected via the + plugin button, the same happens when I drag a plugin to the plugin area, instant freeze of Waveform.
