Behringer Cat, Neutron, or Pro-800

I would get the Pro 800
I have had a Neutron and it went out of tune all the time so i constantly had to retune it and the tuning knob has no resistance in it.
I also owned the Cat Which i ended up selling and it was a cool Synth but it had problems when sequenced in a daw where it would get weird if you didn't remove a bit of the end of each note and the thing i liked most about it was how stable the tuning was.

The first track I hear in my head when thinking of Black Celebration is the bass in Fly on the Windscreen. And that's no PPG

Sure but then what are we talking about? He wants (I guess wanted since he’s now banned) Black Celebration sounds.
