CDBaby - Multiple Artist Names

I’ve been pulling my hair trying to figure out how/if I can add an artist name to my CDBaby account. I found an old Reddit thread the other day in which a rep said that it was possible to have as many artist names as you want under one account, but he didn’t say how.

My situation: I released an album through CDBaby a few years ago under an artist name (Covalente) that was a collaboration between myself and another singer. So, that’s the only artist name on my account. My main artist name (cryophonik) is not currently registered or associated in any way with my CDBaby account, but a different singer is about to release a song that we co-wrote and we intended to release it as “cryophonik feat. [singer]” or “[singer] & cryophonik”, but there’s no way I can see to add my cryophonik artist name to my account. The singer is releasing our song under her CDBaby account, but the only options she currently has are to use the registered names (I.e., my real name or “Covalente”), neither of which is appropriate/ideal for me.

TLDR: Does anybody know how, or if it’s possible to, add a secondary artist name to an existing CDBaby account?

Sounds like you need to contact CDBaby and get this sorted out through their support channels.

Yes,that's exactly what the singer is trying to do, i.e., add me as an additional artist. The problem we're having is that only my real name and old collaborative project are available for entry in the additional artist box because they're the only names registered with CDBaby. What I'm trying to do is figure out how to add my "cryophonik" name to my account so it will be available for the additional artist box.

I'll try support, but I was hoping somebody here had already gone through the process.
