License gone !

I have lots of issues with the licenses in recent years. first AMPLE SOUND plugins which I have spent over $500 stopped working one by one. At this moment 3 out of 6 will not run.
Later the RESO plugin stopped working
Few days ago my SLIP EQ stopped working.
all of these problems were related to the license become invalid. Yes I did some changes to my hardware. Some of them were major (mobo+CPU replacement), some minor (addin new M.2 drive.
Despite of the changes the DAW software, the libraries and plugins remained on the same drives (win10), so the drive leters, folders etc are still the same.
For all the multiple libas and plugins I use (if I am not mistaken) I have at least 4 or 5 tools installed to validate the licenses, which becomes a total nightmare, because all these toos suck, one way or another.
I usually try to keep track of my purchases, but it is not perfect (since I use this same PC for other tasks, not music only). From time to time I am in a hurry to pay for a super deal and later on I forget where the plugins was purchased.
This is an example of RESO plugin which now I cannot activate. I am almost sure I purchased this plugin through the company website, but when I log in I do not see any orders or purchases. They ask me to provide license key/code in order to activate the license but I cannot finr it. They also claim they sell only through 3-4 other resellers and ask to check with them. None of those resellers have ma account.
My question is this:
1) anybody knows how to retrieve license for RESO
2) how many people would be interested in storing their purchase information in a cloud database ? I do web development and could create secure App to store such information as long as there is enough interest. It ould be either free or cost some symbolic $1-2/mo to cover the server cost.
User could store Invoice, and other purchase information along (or not) with the license key.

I use BitWarden password manager for doing exactly this. As well as keeping account and login / password details it allows for storing of serial numbers, etc and licence files, emails and screenshots can be attached. Everything securely stored in the cloud and accesible from anywhere. And the free version is probably adequate for most.
