I have a question about the following statement on the esoundz web site:
** Sonik Synth 2 is a closed sound module designed to play its own proprietary sounds. It does not have sample import capability. When you select the 'add sample import' option above, we will include a special limited-time copy of the SampleTank 2 engine with your order, which does offer sample import capability and a host of other features in addition to being able to play all Sonik Synth 2 sounds.
I presume that "limited time" here was meant to say that this is a limited time discount offer for the full ST2 engine and SS2.
I just wanted to make sure that this was the intented message, and that it did not instead imply that the ST2 engine was limited in some way, and/or would expire after a period of time. Can you confirm? Thanks.

But, here's the warm fuzzy for now...
When I spoke to them on the phone Friday, I asked the same question. The $99 limited-time upgrade gets you Sampletank 2 XL engine-only. It has no limits and no time-out.
So, the "limited-time" bit refers to how long this add-on offer will be available to us.
I personally plunked down the additional $99. Seemed like a great bargain for me since I'm still using the LE version of Sampletank 2.

Yep. That's the deal. NO limited time of use, just limited time offer. It ends at the end of the month. You can't get it on its own for that, but you can add it onto the products that qualify for it to be added to (you can see the option when you purchase- things like SS2, Combi Drum Kits or Expansion Tank 3 Packs).
