Gforce really upgraded some of the weakest aspects of their products. The lack of GUI scaling and their previous poor preset management and menu system.tommyzai wrote: Tue Aug 22, 2023 7:49 pm M-Tron Pro IV has amazing GUI scaling . . . from tiny to bigly.![]()
Both have received a lot of love and attention from the devs recently. Getting a nice spit and polish makeover. With just a few of their current product line up remaining for the same kind of TLC in their next round of updates.
The new scaling and preset menus in their latest updates are great and match the already stellar audio quality of their plugins.
Now, Gforce plugins look as great as they sound.

Just got an update offer from the select version (which I think i got as a freebie...) for 24.99GBP+VAT (so 30 quid) which seems decent?
Product page says 200 tape banks included but i couldn't see a list, is there one? Thanks.

24.99 is an insanely great price. I own it but I don't remember "200 tape banks" being included (not sure what they mean by that) but there are a lot of good presets that come with it. The expansions are all good also.GaryG wrote: Wed May 21, 2025 7:23 pm Just got an update offer from the select version (which I think i got as a freebie...) for 24.99GBP+VAT (so 30 quid) which seems decent?

Thanks.
The site says "In addition to its 200 tape banks, M-Tron Pro boasts more than 800+ patches", elsewhere it mentions a 3.5GB library. Mayube the content was updated at some point? By the looks of the expansions, I'm guessing it comes with all the core Mellotron sounds with more specialised ones like the Optigan samples as add-ons.
