Vocal EQ

Hi all,
I'm trying to find a good vocal EQ for my vocal chain.
My usual chain looks like this:
Pro-Q3 for subtractive eq
Autotune
FET Comp
Opto Comp
-EQ-?
So, what combination of EQs are you using for tonal shaping of your vocal? I know Maag EQ4 is good for the air band but I don't like how the other bands sound. What do you use for all-in-one solution for all bands and do you have any tips for the particular plugin that you use?
I know I can use any parametric EQ for this duty but I want the EQ to have some character.

I got good results from AMEK 9099 channel strip starting with the presets. Just my 2c. And this is a totally different approach.
What you can also try: TDR VOS Slick EQ free or GE. This gives you a lot for broad strokes, not only for vox.

Same EQ I use for broad shaping on other tracks: SlickEQ GE. My default setup is American mode, stepped controls on left-click (so right-click for fine control), saturation off and auto-gain enabled.
From there it is quick and easy to make decisions about what is helpful.
With the right performance and arrangement it's usually pretty gentle stuff anyway.
