Monterey Jack? :hihi: What other fromages will they support?

Didn't know they were still alive. Very interesting plugins back in the day, then they made the mistake of doing that online DAW...

Not sure they're still alive, more of a death twitch. Or they might have become zombies. Or it's just the wriggling maggots making it look like the corpse is moving. Or the body snatchers dragging them away in sacks. Or....

mac or windows? on mac you need to restart your computer or the guis won't show up. but i haven't checked reaper. only AU versions show up on apple silicon systems. and there's no VST3 support for windows/apple users.

Yea... impossible to download here as well.

Maybe they are busy making a French blockbuster called "Mission: Ohmpossible - Rollout"

:hihi:

Ohm Studio killed them. It was too a big of a project and they end up killing their most important customer who are only there for the plugin.

Frohmager page shouldn't have popped up. But yes, it's here for a reason.

So about this.
Mac has killed us support wise. We should have stopped supporting those years ago. Support has been horrible because...

Catalina is released. Plugin still works, but installer won't. Now when you have a large catalog of old apps this is very bad news bc updating old stuff is costly, painful, and sales are too low to cover it.
So we wouldn't update it but some of you guys found a way to install it and I took on me to take the method and make it available officially. The "Catalina package", a fiddly manual install process that allowed many people to still get the Ohmicide they wanted etc.

Big Sur is released. Out of nowhere the UI are corrupted. We don't know what to do bc at the time there is a resistance to moving to Big Sur. Maybe Apple will fix it.

And they do! Next version, plugins work *again* but only if you have an Apple processor. Intel are screwed.

Can you see the nightmare of dealing with support on this? It's not like we have the size and scope to deal with having multiple MacOS setup to test them all.

Well, that's in good part why those products are now freely available - but also free of support. We value a lot longevity of audio gear, be it app or hardware. So it matters that you guys can still find it.

As for the new stuff, despite a disastrous image on kvr where a lot of early access of infinity (of which the process introduced bugs newcomers won't have) it just runs like normal plugins.
Shoot if you have issues because those are supported.
