I posted a shorter version of this song a while ago. Redmaggot wrote the lyrics and provided much feedback and musical inspiration.

There are three versions of this longer version. The first two are similar but have significantly different drums. One has stripped down drums so the vocals are bit more intelligible. The vocals are also slightly different. The final version is a completely new composition with a different set of the lyrics. It is my favorite version.

The vocals are sung in a kind of nasally tone. A real snotty affect.

Long version vocals sound much more interesting, I like them, they are really funny and rhythmical.
The more drums, the better, but no-drum version is also done at least not boring.
The song needs proper mixing (mud, balance, stereo and other issues), but musically it's done very good, catchy, interesting, groovy )

Thanks for sharing your swinging swine! I prefer the version with your vocals, but the computer-generated voice is good too. It creates a funny contrast between the rather macabre lyrics, the matter-of-fact tone of the voice, and cheery synth melody.

Thank you mate. It is indeed an odd mix , a strange combination. It's quite a mellow cheery sort of tune, completely at odds with such a dark tone. It got darker and darker as it was fleshed out.
It's been superb to have this collaboration. A lot of fun. Enjoyed it immensly, so thank you and I hope there's more in it for us yet. I need to get my vocals sorted, too.

The short version came together so quickly, which I think is a sign of a good piece of music. I agree it sounds better from a mix perspective. The various elements have better separation. I think that was mostly a lucky result of the composition. The mixing processes between the two version didn't differ significantly.
