Going ZEN4 mobile! 7840HS or 7745HX for DAW:ing & Lightroom?

I've been a happy owner of a 4800H based Lenovo Legion since a few years back but would like to upgrade to something with a little bit more oooomph in the CPU. I'm currently torn between a 7745HX or 7840HS based laptops but I'm struggling to find any comparisions about actual performance with regards to either actual DAW or Lightroom performance.

7840HS seems to be a more energy efficient design with some AI magic HW acceleration features built in but apart from the usual Cinebench/Passmark/Geekbench figures online, I haven't found anything which could help me decide. Benchmark figures put them quite close to each other.

I mostly run on mains power so battery life is not a main concern but I do prefer a silent system and is usually underclocking/lowering fan curves a bit to keep noise levels down.

Anybody else in the same situation? What am I missing?
