Serum Recreate Pulse

I have a pad sound created in serum I am happy with and trying to get the pad to pulse on the off beat like this: Comes in at 1:25 and again at 2:30

Google for "sidechain compression". Can also be done with a plugin which can modulate the volume, like the free TAL-Filter.
