I am using FL5 as a multi VSTi in Cubase SX. I have this problem in a file where FL5 will either play half the speed and pitch and cubase will play normally, or fl will play normally and cubase will play twice the speed and pitch. it seems that FL will be set at 22050 while cubase is set at 44100.....
anyone know how to remedy this, or what exactly is causing this problem?
i have already treid posting this several times to looptalk and to FL's developers, no one can figure it out

Hi,
Never used that combination, so only guessing:

What's your soundcard?

Have you tried using another driver model (I suppose you're using asio) like wdm or mme just to check if you see the same behaviour there?

thanks for the reply. i am using an M-audio mobile pre. the problem initially popped up when i was switching from M-audio's ASIO driver to ASIO4ALL (because i like the tweakability). i have tried all the drivers i have, still no fix

ok, i figured this out. it was my soundcard reseting cubase's samplerate without me knowing about it.
figured out how to fix it, thank god....
