The iLok Cloud thing is confusing me, it says 1 of 2 activations used because I activated it on my desktop. When I try to activate it on a second machine with the same iLok cloud license it says "An iLok USB (2nd Generation or later) is required for activation". So does that mean that you can only activate it once unless you have a USB iLok? Pretty confusing and not really "2 activations" for this synth like it shows if that is the case. Was anyone able to activate it on two machines without using a USB iLok dongle? Thanks.

I didn't try it with PolyMAX, but I have definitely activated many other iLOK cloud licenses on more than one computer, deactivated on the oldest computer then reactivated on another, etc. That includes UVI Falcon, multiple UVI libraries and effects, a big pile of Softube licenses, and the full set of SoundToys plugins.

I don't see it in reaper it scans it and seems to find it, but not in the menu?

So, they got rid of the fade?? I just updated on my 2 Macs and loading seems faster and the fade in is gone…! I’m very pleased even if some people thought this was a stupid complaint. I guess UAD thought it was a valid complaint.

I don't think so.. I updated to the latest version and upon first insertion the fade still happens.

That updater seems very efficient in terms of speed. The fade still happens here on all UA plugins on Windows 10. I always assumed that was something to do with a License being read. It doesn't really bother me too much.

If you have UA Connect running in the background the fade doesn’t happen.

Not true for me on Windows.
Yeah I don’t know about Windows but if abernathy is on Mac then this could be the explanation. If he is not on Mac then I have no clue.

Can he/she/they/them be trusted if he/she/they/them is/are on Mac?
