I've been listening to these for the last week or so. It's been interesting following the evolution of a song.

I liked the mix of the original version in the original post. It had a "direct" sound, almost in a "punk-rock" style, and quite punchy. For some reason it reminded me of Les Claypool (without the extravagant bass-playing).

The Long versions in the original post had more of a psychedelic vibe, and with a less "immediate" effect.

I think that the latest version is mixed better, and has more clarity/polish. I like the new, more dynamic arrangement, especially the guitar parts.

Dark, intense, and weird but very good! A bit of humor, a bit of mass murder, something for everyone I guess?

The mix is still quite rough. In fact, the entire mix goes into distortion at around 2:20 although it does correspond to the intensity of the action.

The song is inspired and original. A good collaboration. More please.

The melodic ideas "pig with a gun" are really great. But when it came
to the arrangement, I would have liked more clarity in the voice and
arrangement. As I said: The potential is really good - but the
elaboration ....

Thanks! Yeah the distortion was an intentional choice, but I'll readily admit someone with better ears could create a superior mix. Hopefully the future will bring more collaborations.

It did start out as a fairly light hearted, silly tune. But a three verse tune was not very long, although in fairness, I think the first version, the original is excellent. There's a raw, punk vibe that I really like. So we ended up with another 5 verses and that really fleshed things out and it really did take quite a dark turn. Sharing this creative process was a great experience.

it's a great song, original, funny. It also seems to me to be mixed
much better, more transparent and more audible.

In some places you can still hear clipping - but at least it doesn't
bother dramatically.

Overall: Fantastic song!
