It's an advanced panning plug-in. Here's a goofy trailer :

The website explains it all but the highlight features are definitely tonal pan and smart pan which try to achieve the most realistic panning possible (in my opinion) on as many sources as possible.

I decided to not go for binaural stuff or delay stuff for these algorithms as it can mess with many sources, especially narrow sources and cause phase issues. Smart pan is 100% mono compatible but really improves upon traditional panning.

The way it works is that it pans the narrow content more than the wide content, leaving reverb more in the center, and the narrow content is being panned tonally. That means the highs get panned more than the lows, which is how sound behaves in real life. That results in a much more natural panning, especially if you want to re pan sounds which already have early reflections or room.
