So I'm having a problem within Reason 12, where there's no preset options showing up, specifically at the moment with HoRNet plug-ins, but this has happened with others.
There's no option to select or change presets, either within the VST's own interface, or from the reason device patch browser.
I realise that some VST's create a folder (from within 'Documents' for example), where you can browse to the presets, but in this case you're just dropping the whole file into your VST3 folder, there are no other installation files.

In case Reason finds any factory presets, they are available from within the rack, not on the plugin's GUI. You can also load and save presets there (i.e. in the Rack).

VST Presets are handled by Reason from the faceplate of the "shell" that the VST is in. In the middle of the faceplate in the rack, left of the VST Screenshot, there is a dropdown for Presets that it has found. Initially these may not be found, esp if the Dev didn't pop them in the expected place (Docs Folder).
:-)
