It's a thing that is used in summer (but not only). Here the sample has been transposed and stretched but no other processing has been applied.

It's a bicycle bell and here's some rhythmic mayhem featuring more bicycle bells samples and others from my 4 latest Patreon Reward packs: Bicycle Bells (31), The Second Slapstick pack (29 - 30) and The Undefined Piano Project Part 2 (pack 28). Apps used are Bleass Samplewiz 2 synth/sampler, Audiomodern Playbeat 2 and elf-audio Koala FX.
