Some honest reviews will be needed to warn potential users (if it won't perform well;)

P.S. Plugin Boutique Refund Policy states that they do not refund products where there is a demo /trial available and where the serial has been registered/activated. If Vengeance won't provide them with demo versions and you won't register/activate the product - you may be eligible for a refund.

Well, if it's not exactly the same system and maybe also daw, there's no guaranty. V1. 85 works very well for me, but I am in doubt whether V2 will, because a very lot of new (maybe cpu heavy) features.
With no trial version some users simply won't upgrade and some potential new users simply won't buy it without having the opportunity to demo.
I am not sure whether you will be refunded, it is software!

Good question. I guess they will take into account the software activation date.

If you bought the product V2 and there was no trial version, how could you use it without activating and registering?

In most cases, unregistered product works in demo mode. Not sure about Avenger, we'll see...

Playing any Arp patch will crash the M1 Komplete Kontrol in Logic Pro.

open a new empty song
add Komplete Kontrol
add VPS Avenger within NI Komplete Kontrol
choose an Arp patch, such as Synthwave II > AR BronBoy
play a note

This causes the host to report an incompatibility and shut down.

I'd suggest not running avenger inside of komplete kontrol. Avenger runs badly enough on mac anyway, so adding in the komplete kontrol vst wrapper adds another 30% CPU strain which causes crashes etc. Sorry I can't offer any better news.

I don’t experience a 30% performance hit from Komplete Kontrol.

Edit: looks like it’s a multi-platform issue. Reported to kellwerth and Native Instruments, not sure whose fix it requires.

Sigh... this bug was reported to them internally a year or so ago.. it does it on intel mac too..
I thought surely they would have fixed it by now.
