AFAIK it has ceased publishing. I used to write reviews for it all the time, but I had stop last year for health reasons. I think there were a few more issues after I left.

If the domain name is available for sale, it's a sure sign that the project is dead.

Necro post, but I was a regular writer there for about a year, they ceased publication in May. There were talks of moving the project to another of the editors or writers but that never came to pass sadly.
