what's your vertical axis meant to represent?
because if its attenuation, its impossible to have two different levels of attenuation for the exact same frequency, which is what your curved part seems to be in its entirety.

the vertical axis refers to how hard the cut is, vertical line being a sharpest possible
you cannot also leave some of that frequency to pass in to the bulge.

you know what a frequency-response graph is, right? frequency versus amplitude (or amplitude boost/cut). well, that's what i'd expect to have seen here used to descrbe the behaviour of a filter.

It isn't a valid frequency/amplitude plot. You haven't provided any information about what other kind of graph it might be.
So the natural assumption is that you drew a frequency/amplitude plot incorrectly.
