PCspecialist Echo Supreme build: suggestions?

PCspecialist doesn't carry the better fans you mention, I'll take my chances as the AK620 seems to be a justifiable choice, and the best at hand at PCspecialist.

IF you need to replace the cooler fans for something more efficient/silent.

I'll have to go with what PCspecialist is offering, according to them 550W wil more than suffice.

If you want the PSU to be silent, it is a different thing...
The Corsair RM850x(2021) up to +- 415W the fan is OFF, the electrical signal
from the RMX is also MUCH better...

I really appreciate your help.

I followed your advice, and went for a Corsair RM850x.

My new PC should arrive in 2,5 weeks.
I figure it will last me at least as long as my noisy, troublesome Dell did (5.5 years), especially given the much improved expandibility (Dell cuts a lot of corners with proprietary stuff, motherboards that are reduced in size, etc.).
And finally, I will be able to install all the DAW software I own, without worrying about disk space.
I'll even have all the latest versions

If you're planning to buy from PCspecialist, their DIY configuration shows the price as you pick parts.

If you want an affordable GPU that is suitable for gaming, this may be a good time, as AI may well start gobbling 'em up worse than e-currency mining did:

My new PC arrived and I'm happy.

If I had felt up to it, I'd have assembled a PC myself, as I had to compromise on RAM, cooler, PSU...

But I sure can recommend people looking for an OEM to consider PCspecialist.

- I was kept up to date throughout assembly, e-testing and shipping (even got a 3D pic of the PC right after assembly)
- PC arrived after a long wait (UPS...), well packaged but still a fan had gotten loose, I seemed to have fixed it though.
Was assembled in / shipped from the UK, but I didn't have to pay customs [related] fees (I suppose, thanks to the fact PCspecialist has a Dutch daughter company - I live in Belgium, EU)
- Pictus was prolly right in warning me about the AK620 cooler fans, as my new PC whines a little (very softly though, and I'm used to a Dell that gets louder than my vacuum cleaner)
- Temperature readings are superb (huge difference with my old Dell), the spacious case (again, a huge upgrade from my Dell) has wonderful airflow.
- PC came complete with all documentation, a generic manual from PCspecialist, and some extra cables, screws and stuff.
- PCspecialist offers an upgrade page, where I'm offered parts that are compatible with my configuration (might be useful, depending on their range of parts and pricing, and to have an easy way to get some peace of mind when looking for compatible parts)

A HUGE relief, and it feels great to have all my music tools at my fingertips (the old Dell was stuffed to the brim, had no free SSD slot, and I didn't feel up to switching out the primary disk for a new one).

You can try move the middle fan to the back, it may be better or worse noise
and probably a bit lower temperature.

and/or replace the fans with a more silent model with no whistle/resonance.
