A standalone windows midi automation application ?

I like Reaper, I like how you can add automation envelopes, use LFO operations on VST parameters and all that good stuff.

Have tried lots of searches online for a windows app that will allow the same thing on standalone music apps, sending midi controls etc to sliders and knobs. Basically a separate app without all the DAW bits that will do similar things to Reaper and the others?

Either they're out there, or no one has a need. It's just I have some good standalone apps for music that don't have VST versions but allow parameters to be mapped to midi controllers. I can sit and twiddle the controllers of course and that works, but automating them would be so much nicer and I could hopefully save the outputs.

You could use a midi effect (such as insert piz here or ndc midi) in Savihost,

that would do CC envelopes. I have no idea what the best one for this would be, though. Send to LoopMIDI midi loopback cable
