Order to power off the sound system

Please recommend a best order to power off the sound system including: laptop, usb soundcard(focusrite2i2), guitar plugged in soundcard, vocal effect processor plugged in soundcard, speakers

Power on: start from the source and then go down the signal chain
Power off: do the opposite, start from the end of the chain (so power off speakers first) and then go back to the source.

If there's a loop (for example your audio interface sends a signal to a fx unit which then goes back to the audio interface), I guess it's safe to power them on/off at the same time or when required?

To be honest, I turn on/off my synth and fx when I need to; the only thing I really pay attention to is powering on the speakers last and powering them off first (and disconnect them / power them off momentarily if I know a certain action will cause a bump).

I don't agree with this: the thing is that at power on/off you can have some kind of electrical noise / bump /spikes at the output of the gear, so you don't want that to go through / be amplified down the signal chain; that's why we usually start by turning on any source and go down the signal path to the speakers and then we do the opposite when turning things off.
That's not to say you shouldn't take extra care with anything really expensive / rare / irreplaceable, but there's a reason to follow that specific order when turning on/off things.

My 2cts: monitors are the most expensive

I generally do this:
Powering on: computer > synths/hardware > soundcards > speakers
Powering off: speakers > soundcards > synths/hardware > computer

I've been doing it wrong for decades..

Power-on:
...Press On Button on Surge Protector #1 (mixer, speakers, Effects) - Press On Button on Surge Protector #2 ( synths, keyboards, laptop, Looper, USB, misc ).
Power-off:
...Press Off Button on Surge Protector #2 then Press Off Button on Surge Protector #1.

My soundcard is scarlet and has not power switch, it powers off with usb unpluging,
I also plug the effect prossessor into soundcard (it also has not power switch, it powers with cable plugging)
So could this order be true?
Power on: laptop , soundcard plugging, processor plugging, speakers
Power off: speakers, processor unplugging, laptop, (sound card automatically turns off when laptop turns off)

As long as you power on your speakers last and power them off first you should be fine. This avoids loud pops that could potentially damage the speakers (though most speakers should have protection against this).

I power on/off everything at once. (PC/Audio Interface/synths/fx/monitors/etc)
Never had any damage (20 years or so).

My other "ITB PC", I just always leave it on.

Power on - the nearest plug to the door, followed by every plug I pass until I get to the desk
Power off - the plugs nearest the desk followed by every other plug sequentially as I leave

Amazingly I've not blown anything up in years.

I'd say power up the monitors last, and shutdown them first, always with volume down to 0.
Don't think the rest of the gear is sensitive to the order of power on/off.
Also, I recently added a surge protector with a filter, something you want to have if you have an expensive gear.
