We released an update for the Free Doctor Mix AI Synth. Now with Pro Tools AAX support and a crucial LFO and envelope fix for non-44.1 kHz sample rates. We warmly invite you to explore and get it right here.

The update is also released as open source, you also have the opportunity to delve into the code or embark on the journey of building the Synth yourself.

I'm lost, its a one oscillator synth with a low pass filter that uses an lfo?

And then there's this huge picture of some junkie. How is this doctor mix ai, it doesn't seem to think on its own or am I using it wrong?

The Doctor Mix AI Synth is the first AI-coded music instrument in the world. It is a very wrong coded Synth but it makes music. So no human made the DSP code. See how it came into existence

You can still make cool music with it like this

They downloaded the synth not because of the UI photo of him, i can assure you that.

I like Andrew Huang. He't got 2.34M followers for a reason - good content. Mix makes me cringe every time when he starts shaking his hands at the camera in his videos. That said the guy also has cred.

Sorry, you feel this way. Claudio is our friend first and we like to sponsor him. The Dr Space Piano preset by him in the video below is adding much value to our AX73 and Round Robin Alloc not present on the original Synth was requested by him while working with our Pad presets. Just to say that for us working with our friend adds value to our products

I don't question the value of friendship in any way , it's the most precious thing on earth .
But we live in a day and age where we are digitally bombarded with adds, endorssements of produxt 'X' by person 'Y' etc...so when the face pops up of a well known influencer on a product my B.S. detector goes red .
Just speculating , but I think Dr.Mix generates enough income by lot's of sponsored deals .
Just my 2 cents .

Jeez, no wonder devs are closing up shop and leaving this place behind.

Someone pops in here with an update to a free opensource plugin they made, and half the responses are just people talking shit about it.

also is there a term (like for godwin's law for hitler) for when a free or cheap synth is inevitably compared unfavorably to u-he?
