Their web management department asleep at the wheel?
I see that Sweetwater still carries tons of TCE hardware, so I'm assuming they haven't gone belly up overnight...

TC Electronic was bought out by Behringer. The TC website was pretty much old products. I'm not surprised that Behringer pulled the plug.

Actually no. Google any of the many current TCE products still being sold (for example, at Sweetwater.com) and you find that all of the firmware, software drivers and documentation are supposed to be at the expired webpage (tcelectronic.com).CapnLockheed wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:03 pm TC Electronic was bought out by Behringer. For the sake of any TCE product user, past and preesent, let's hope someone just forgot to update the domain before they went home on Friday, and it'll be taken care of early next week...

Edited: There is 2 different companies with the same name except for a S at the end as BertKoor has pointed out.CapnLockheed wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 8:03 pm TC Electronic was bought out by Behringer. The TC website was pretty much old products. I'm not surprised that Behringer pulled the plug.

Maybe. Without an actual link to a story, we can only speculate.D-Fusion wrote: Sat Sep 09, 2023 10:01 pm Maybe it has something to do with behringers 12.September announcement.
I did find a tc electronic sub-section on Behringers community page, but the links don't work yet. I guess we'll find out next week...

Note to self: TC Electronic. Not to be confused with TC Electronics.

Can we please try not to confuse things further?
TCL Electronics is a different company that has nothing to do with music technology. Note the L after the TC?
TC Electronic and TC Electronics are used interchangeably all over the web to refer to the music tech company. However, the correct spelling is without the "S".
TC Electronic is indeed part of behringer (confirmed on Behringer's website).

Yes, it is indeed back up and running and most definitely owned by Behringer.
It looks to me like the site's been updated with more new ,(Behringer made),
products. So the site was probably just down while getting updated. No need
for a "Panic At The Disco".....LOL!!
