I don't have a copy of any 2CAudio reverbs. I demoed them at some point and they weren't for me. However, I would like to try the new product that's been mentioned.

I am one of the users that fell through the cracks - I bought it way back from announcement on Gearslutz. And now, needing to re-download AETHER and BREEZE, and B2 for my new machine, the website does not even recognise my email address, let alone password - I no longer exist! I sent a message to support a day ago with no reply yet, no acknowledgement that it has been received.

could anyone else confirm that 2CAudio no longer replies to emails? The web shop seems to be still active.

i just sent them emails via the contact forms on designer sound and 2caudio.com so i'll let you know if i hear back.

I can confirm that there is no reply. I have sent three emails a week ago and nothing.
I can prove my ownership of Aether and Breeze, and have receipts for purchase.
On trying to download, my details have been purged and cannot enter client area, or download.
I have contacted Den and it seems he cannot access my account either from his end, so I'm stuck without the reverbs
If anyone has a solution or a way to contact TPTB I would appreciate it!

It took Andrew over a month to respond to my support question in March iirc, but he did respond eventually.

It took Andrew over a month to respond to my support question in March iirc, but he did respond eventually.
i sent email asking about updates latest MacOS and apple silicon native compatibility. I don't expect a reply affirming that those things are happening.

This is incredibly generous of you (and I am heartily sorry for all the agony you must feel; I've been going through a very contentious estate settlement and it looks like my parents' very clear wishes are going to be ignored by my brothers, so I imagine there may be a similar emotional dynamic for you.)

Please forgive me if I am misunderstanding, but I do own Breeze and still possess the receipt. Does this reverb offer apply to my situation?
