Hise Sampler can export CLAP plugins and it can do a lot with its modular system (called scriptnode, it's amazing). However, the turn-off for most indie developers seems to be the licensing pricing. Unless you open-source your projects and give everything for free, it will cost you money to develop and maintain your plugins. However, in my opinion, it's the most future-proof development system on the market right now.

Do I understand that right...?
When you use HISE without a paid license, you can give away your plugins for free and for money, but the source code of your plugins remains open and anyone else can edit it or use parts of it for their own purpose, and a paid license will allow you to "lock" the source code and use the password option for commercial plugins?

If you release your project under the GNU GPL then you don't have to buy a HISE or a JUCE license. If you release your project under any other license then you do need to buy a HISE and a JUCE license. It doesn't matter if you are charging a price for your project or not, all that matters is the license you are releasing that project under.

Well... Ronan can focus better now maybe? I legit... Before reading this, just recommended his plugs...

Just wanted to thank you, SampleScience. Used ElecGuitar a bit, samples seemed good so. Literally just DL'd some stuff. I haven't paid for any of your work yet.

And I thank anyone who puts their work out for others to produce music. At not ridiculous limits and prices. Much respect.

Ronan Fed makes awesome stuff.

I downloaded Pneuma Pro a while ago and was wondering if it was really uploaded by Ronan or some do-gooder who had this plugin and just wanted to do a good deed for the New Year

Ronan, if you are back, I wish you all the best for the New Year and lots of ideas in making your plugins which are so wonderful. You are another shining example that even in SynthEdit is possible to create really good plugins if the developer has ideas and imagination and knows what he wants.
And ignore all those assholes who can only criticize, complain and can't appreciate the hard work and effort you put into it and give it away for free. There are many of us here at KVR who appreciate your work and who enjoy your plugins.

Gorgeous. Sounds great. Did he switch to Synthmaker/Flowstone whatever they're calling it now? That looks very much like that kind of UI.

Yes its Flowstone now and sounds pretty good! It needs a bit crusher and a pitch envelope and a chorus and then it'd be done.

Anybody knows what happened to Ronan Fed? Everything has been deleted
