Kinsman 45 watt acoustic amp problem

hi there, i have a Kinsman 45 watt acoustic amp i`ve been using for busking ,when i play a Bb on the low string the amp resonates like its distorting, the other notes around the Bb aren`t too bad ,i took the speaker cover and put my finger firmly against the wood what holds the speakers and it does stop the resonance ,any suggestions on how to stop the combo resonating ,thanks

Find the troublesome joint and put a rubber strip between it to dampen it?
