Multiple, as in ALL of them, video tutorials about setting up a drum sampler using the REAPER sampler just assume that when they search for the MIDI Choke plugin, they will find it. Not a one of them stop, and say, "If you don't have it, this is where you find it..."
Where, pray tell, do you find this thing?

There is now a JS plugin category. There didn't used to be. It didn't used to find anything when I searched for "choke" or "midi" or "midi choke". There were seven (7) JS plugins, and that was all.
Someone said installing them was an option when you install REAPER, so I re-installed REAPER, using the same installer I used last time, just about thirty days ago. There was not an option for any plugins. Under the optional content there was only this:
ReaMote network FX processing support (checked)
ReWire (checked)
ReaRoute ASIO driver (un-checked)
Configure windows to save blah... (un-checked)
But, I do now have lots of JS plugins available, including that stupid MIDI choke thing.
