It's also not really a conspiracy theory. You can read a lot on intentional leaks by companies. They are very real.
When this was discovered Steinberg had him take down that page until they made official announcement.
And a few weeks later announcement came.
So seems Steinberg is particular about controlling this fully when information circulate. This was in fall, so since releases has been other times of year and they may have changed policy since.
Just tells a story, I don't think leaks are intentional. Steinberg seems like control freaks.
