It sounds like you are installing plugins manually, even ones that have installers. Certainly the Spitfire LABS has an installer. It has a plugin (both a VST2 .dll and a VST3 .vst3) and also a bunch of data files in specific folder paths.
It is highly recommended that you use the proper method to install plugins. A few plugins can be installed simply by copying a file into a folder, but many others absolutely need to be installed properly.

That's because it's user error. You simply aren't grasping how to install plugins and quite frankly wasting the time of those who are trying to help you.
