Trying to find upgrade price on iZotope products, issues with accounts.

Hi all,
I'll post this here because actually writing customer support at iZotope or Native Instruments seems impossible. I have Komplete Standard 14 which comes with iZotope Oxygen 10 Standard. I want to figure out what upgrading to either 11 Advanced or Standard costs. This is proving impossible as the NI site shows no sign of Oxygen 11 anywhere and the accounts on both sites are not yet merged so the iZotope doesn't show me owning any products. iZotope is showing me their current sale prices on the site not upgrade or crossgrade prices.
I'm sure I can't be the only person having this issue. Thanks!

Thanks. I saw that article. Does anyone have a support email? I’ve tried using their support engine and it just goes into a yes/no loop that either says it’s broken or just sends me to the knowledge base.

Yeah, I wish they’d learn something from Arturia who keeps putting out amazing products and has superb tech support. I really like Oxygen which is why I’d like to get the latest version.
