A vocal booth for under 100?? Clear the closet in the bedroom, this will be the booth. Get moving blankets and cover the closet door(s). Youll just have to figure out how to hang/drape them over the door(s).
In the closet you could even use hanging clothes as a sound damper.
As for non toxic good luck. Evetything causes cancer and im not being smart here. Its fact at some level everything is toxic.
