I have tried this, and I found that with beta9 scanning finds FX plug-ins too.BluGenes wrote: Sun Sep 24, 2023 11:21 pm The scan does not find any FX, only instruments. Maybe add a new button just for FX scans and maybe use a tab on the plugin's page to separate, to better identify the difference.
Right, Kontakt works perfectly. However I found that scanning does not unload Native Instruments plug-ins from memory. I do not know why and how to fix this, because unloading works for all other plug-ins.BluGenes wrote: Sun Sep 24, 2023 11:21 pm I did get a crash on the VST3 scan, but, I think that the screen I captured is actually wrong or late data, because the screen shot is showing Kontact, and I know that isn't a bad VST.
The humanity is not yet ready for this feature, so adding RC will not be possibleBluGenes wrote: Sun Sep 24, 2023 11:21 pm Just for the fun of it, I was able to add RC as an instrument, but, I never tried using it.
It is amazing that you found this, and you are perfectly right, the window was not created as hidden. In most cases the time between creating a visible window and setting it to transparent was less than a vertical blank interval, so I did not realize this...BluGenes wrote: Sun Sep 24, 2023 11:21 pmOn start up of RC, you create the splash screen, then fade it in, but, it does not start out hidden, it shows as a black box then disappears, then fades in, which causes a flicker.
Really? I do not understand this because it places notes at the nearest 1/4 position, and this is how it is supposed to work.BluGenes wrote: Sun Sep 24, 2023 11:21 pmAlso, manual rhythm still has the same issue. My fault by not saying that the issue is when you use 1/4 notes. So, it places the next note in the wrong place still.
Thanks!!!
