I have posted it in another thread but I think maybe its better to ask it here:
just want to ask a question about my order of SS2.
I have sent an email about it to Dan Dashnaw, he repplied me and informed me about the price as an SS1 and SStation owner.
I have repplied to this email (14 december) saying that I want SS2 now, sending all the details and my credit card number, but also asking some questions (about the holiday cd).
The question is that I have not received an answer to my last email (which I have resend 2 times) and Im getting a bit nervous because I dont want to miss this oportunity at all (the offer ends 31 december).
I also asked to sales@esoundz.com but they responded with a tel. number but I cant do that in this way because I dont speak english and also Im in Spain.
Is Dan Dashnaw in vacation or something?
What I can do in order to dont miss this offer?
Please help me.

You won't miss the offer. Don't worry. If you've been trying to get it and you're an esoundz customer we're not going to leave you out. You guys know our style is not THAT strict.

Dan is on vacation until Wed next week btw. But, someone else can help you. In any case, we will reserve a copy of SS2 upgrade for you.
Uh, I also forgot to mention something important. Even though we take care of our customers in this way, as a Sonic Station owner you can get this price upgrade anytime you want. Because we are dropping support of Reason and ST in Sonic Station 2 (so it is less stepping on the toes of our Sonic Refills and SS2) we are offering the upgrade/crossgrade with no time limit for Sonic Station owners. That means you can upgrade next year for that price if you want to.
You can see that if we discontinue something in a product we have a great way to compensate for our customers so they are happy. If you are a Reason user you also qualify for a free Sonic Refill and Film Orchestra refill just for being a Sonic Station owner. (please only take that offer if you are in fact a Reason user). This was done for the same reason: to keep our loyal supporters of cool products like Sonic Station happy.

MANY THANKS for your answer I will try with sales@esoundz.com but I hope we can do the order without need to call via telephone because the reasons previously stated, so I hope we can do that within email.
Well I know the offer for SStation owners do not end this 31 december, but I have believed that the price Dan offered me was the result of the combination of being owner of SS1 and SStation simultaneously (im not sure about it really) and I know the offer for SS1 owners ends this 31 dec, so there is the reason of my preoccupation.
Of course also because I want this toy NOW
