If they could license genopatch to others....

But even though it's fun and currently popular, I see other devs snoozing on this even though AI is clearly the future for music production. What made Absynth so popular was its random mutation capabilities, and yet others devs have simply ignored this for getting professional preset designers instead. Creativity has been stifled and this reminds us about what is so fun about synthesizers.

I'm having a good time adding modulation to the underlying parameters with external modulation. I'm digging the new voice modes too. I'm also very much enjoying recording the output of the genopatch as it's solving for sounds especially when it's trying to cook up something that it will do a poor job of. Another nifty plugin from Magnus. I wonder if there were any changes made to the Christmas mode for version 2.
Don't F**K with Mr. Zero.

there is Novum, that uses machine-learning (to call it AI is an overstatement).

people have there own machine-learning projects, buy computer power per month, to feed it and make it 'learn'. it depends on what you want and need.

Synplant 2, using my own samples, i see as a starting point. i do not really change sounds after the fact, only play them with MPE. at this moment. it extracts, i don't need or want a 'duplicate' in synth form.. i choose the ones, that are more derivates.

and with MPE, and the branches per key (there are other settings), i already can make sounds, that have certainly still the character of the original sample, deeply hidden sometimes, and if re-seed, or evolve from patch, well the source becomes distant.

for me it is an addition to what i have. the samples i use, are already 'unusual' (sometimes an understatement), and my own making.

mainly: how you use the sounds from Synplant 2, how play them, let them interact with the other sounds, well how to make a track, then it has an effect; i.e. it works.

i also use manual approaches, that take many steps. or other manual approaches, that don't have many steps.. so many approaches. the result; the effect produced, that is what matters.

I’m using it a lot and throw the results in Vital for further processing.
Amazing fun for sure.

Soundtower do an editor for the KingKORG hardware synth, which has a morph function within it, and that's just an editor! Why can't many more synth devs do something similar? I think Rob Papen's Predator 3 does something like that, it's just so neglected by others. Anyway enough ranting!

Hello, how do you do that. Are you bouncing every single preset and import the sample file in vital or is there a faster way to do it?
Its over for Bitwig--CUBASE WON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bouncing or resample and the drag and drop in Vital. I don’t think there is a faster way also because each note gives you different sounds out of Synthplanth.
I’m collecting phenomenal wavetables.
I will try to use the in Hive this weekend.

This silly term of “fart” sound, is far from being such. :nutter:

Thinking of D&D Omnisphere as well :hyper:

I do not know Qebrus. Following my 'cosmic fart' comment Martiu posted the flashcore piece. So I listened to it. The impression it gave me was about violent death. I could have mentioned a local case but that would be unknown to all. And now you are saying that the author committed suicide.

I wasn't too far off after all.

Quant au reste :

peace and love for all.
_what do you have in your head?_ + _peace and love for all_

_peace and love for all._ OR ELSE !!! YOU EAT ZHE BUGS !!! :hihi:
Your stories of Great Reset and insects keep them for yourself (I'm not the one talking about them), I simply noted a comparison that seemed inappropriate to me, between a musician and a serial killer.
peace and love for all.

Isn't this basically the same thing as Midimutant from 2017?

I'm not a musician, but I've designed sounds that others use to make music. http://soundcloud.com/obsidiananvil

The hypocrisy. You're the one parading as your avatar/icon/picture the infamous Schwab, president of the World Economic Forum, and you're offended when people makes fun of that character.

I still don't understand how or when they managed to fix the hole in the ozone layer. :? That was a big deal in the 1970s if I remember correctly.

Anyway ... I'm still trying to get a usable sound out of S2. I think I need to read the manual or look at a better video.

Mr Melva leave me out of your conspiracy theories, Klauklau is a brilliant artist from the 60s and 70s, interpreter of "Alexandria Alexandra", but also "Monday in the Sun" and "Magnolia For Ever".
He was dispossessed of his repertoire by a französische usurper, it is high time to restore his image.
peace and love for all.

A concerted and collaborative international effort to reduce CFCs.

One of the best examples in history of how collective efforts with purpose can achieve results.
