Just chiming in that $80USD to upgrade Effectrix2 is way too much. I've emaile Sugar Bytes as such. I've been a customer with they bundle for probably 7-8 years. I let them know that $50 should the max but more normal pricing would be $20-30 or in fact free as many companies offer their exisiting customers free upgrades. $80USD. pffft.. they are way too high on sugar!

Agreed--that is a bizarre upgrade price. I cannot at all see it being $80 worth of an upgrade. Even if they caught up to competitors with other features--I gather many went the competitor route already. I guess they feel like they put in $80's upgrade worth of work on it. Maybe the idea is that we'll get a significantly discounted upgrade when sales come around?
