Oh trust me, I can be a real jerk. But I try to direct my annoyance at the correct parties.

And by that, I mean, I see this more as AD dropping the ball. Not a "get angry at Patrick" thing because AD says "waiting for TAL" or whatever. Like I said, he may not even have been aware they were running this promo.
