Next time you pay for something cheap but you don’t receive it in the end, just walk away and say nothing, good? Now you can go and carry on counting your 1s and 0s 😊
You sure you read attentively and everyone behaved "calm and humorous", and it was me who you should refer to regarding 0's and 1's? I don't think so.
Why do you think I was objecting your right to get goods and services? I didn't.
I think you didn't understant what I was stating and to whom.
To be fair you are right on the money. I’ve just woken up, haven’t had breakfast yet, need a coffee, so I’m just randomly posting random sht

Very much... It is quite surprising to see people so upset over 10 bucks...

I am somehow jealous, that means they have no bigger problems than that ...

I got this mail from AD last night:

Hi,
Sorry for the long delay on your order.

The promotion for TAL Software was agreed upon between the US Distributor and TAL Software. We ran the promotion as provided to us many weeks ago.
This was not a pricing mistake by us and in line with the many promotions we are running during our Anniversary sale.

We were informed today by the US Distributor that a dispute arose between them and TAL Software and they would not be supplying any more licenses for any outstanding orders and have ended the promotion.

A full refund has been issued for your Order XXXXxx
In addition, we have deposited $5 DeluxeBucks in your account to be used on anything in the future.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your refund to post to your original payment method.
Deepest apologies from The AudioDeluxe Team.

Well, good they finally refunded but won't be doing business with Audiodeluxe again.

Not communicating about it feels so weak to me.
Refusing to honor paid orders without even a statement is a very unprofessional move from TAL.
His/their choose, but I won't buy TAL software anymore.

I bought from TAL several times. He always honored paid orders.
Weapons of choice (subject to change):
Godin Redline, Kuassa, Fuse Audio, Audiority, Roland A-500pro, Dune, Dagger, TAL, Reaper for Rock & Synthwave pleasures; Viper and FL Studio for guilty EDM pleasures

I feel entitled to a $5 deposit of DeluxeBucks after reading this thread. It is the least they could do.

I've paid € 19,09 for J-8 and Drum but now I get € 17,89 refunded

And I don't care about some free DeluxeBucks.

Anyhow, there are way bigger problems in the world right now so moving on...

Seems to have been some kind of communication error with the middle man distributor supplying keys to AudioDeluxe

And why?
it was not AD's fault but TAL's.
Audiodeluxe - although it shouldn't - tries to provide compensation. TAL doesn't care.
