What are typical use cases for a pitch shifter? Apart from vocals.

for sound design, for example changing the timbre of a sample without changing the playback speed
in ambient music is very useful to make drones and soundscapes from field recordings
before i was using pitch shifter on breakbeats, keeping the bpm high but making them thick sounding with lower pitch

Nice one, Auburn! Interested in the Max quality setting compared to other pitchshifters.

I even pitchshift entire tracks, but typically I am doing this with a high samplerate export/re-import and just triggering via midi - so basically just playing a sample at a lower note. However, I'm always looking for a device that can do it in realtime and still sound decent.

Always loved the way you release free+premium versions.

which i was actually doing last night, using a pitch shifting delay, also a distortion module, which the gain controlled by a cv sequencer as well as the pitch shifting.
but i was also messing with the time control of another delay with the sequencer too.
into a final looping delay.
it all got a bit spacey. was nice

which actually brings us to another great use for a pitch shifter, if you have a delay that you can insert fx in to the feedback loop

Inner Pitch v1.0.1:

• This version only fixes macOS compatibility for macOS 10.14 (Mojave). Previously Inner Pitch wouldn't work in any DAW there.

Note: this has not been tested with 10.12 (Sierra) and 10.13 (High Sierra) but we expect the same improvement there.
