Horrible logic glitch that happens totally random even though my process/plugins/settings never change- Immediately after recording a vocal the take becomes out of time when I play it back. Ive been doing this for years with the same vocal recording workflow/plugins and 95% there's no issues so it cant be a latency issue. Also this has happened on my multiple computers for years. This is unacceptable and a terrible look for a producer, the vocalist is like wtf.
Like I said I dont change anything and it happens randomly using the same plugins/settings. Ill record 5 takes and the 3rd is out of time when my process stays the same

It could be the clock of your audio interface. I saw a review on the Presonus audio interface that mentioned the exact same problem:
