Hello all,
I work for a music gear company and recently sold Master Mix to a guy. He is having trouble getting it to load and I haven't heard anything from support. He using it Audacity on Windows, says it opens in Audacity but when it asks for his email and password he gets an error. He reset his password and is still having the same problem. Any ideas?

Sorry but honestly anyone using Audacity and complex VST whilst assuming that they get the Abbey Road experience are like ducks in space.
