Had some bad experiences form the past:
- High fees by the resllers
- Scam: Resellers did not properly deduct the licenses
- Bad communication with customers by the resellers
- More complicated licensing. More complicated installation for the end-user
- It may be difficult to track who is really your customer for updates
- If the resellers mess up something they forward customers to you instead of fixing it for themselves

Pros:
- You might reach a larger possible customer base
