Cool, let us know of another company that actually lets you net a profit from upgrading

I also don't see the issue. I'm very happy about the upgrade discounts. Regardless of how they're calculated, or if Betty and Boris don't feel that the discount is calculated fair for them. There'll always be someone who feels treated unfair (nowayadays more than ever), that's life.

There were some very low update prices in the past. Buy it, register the iZotope part, sell off the rest. Last time, I made a profit.kevinsparks wrote: Thu Oct 19, 2023 6:10 pmHow so? Played with this for a while before my day job today. Very nice. I likey. Stole it from them for $29.
I also like and use Infiltrator, Byome/Triad. This is different enough in many ways to make it unique and distinct.
Fun times

Picked it up the other day and really loving it so far. I usually run my softsynths through effects when I’m playing live for some dirt etc and this is great. Have mix and macros mapped to knobs and it’s really a lovely way to add some dynamics to performances. I’ll be using it at a show this coming week and looking forward to it. Doesn’t make a dent on my M1 PowerBook in Ableton Live 11.
Really happy with Arturia’s stuff, wish Native Instruments would take a clue from them.

I've got Cabelguys Kickstart2 and it has two options to create ducking - one is just an ordinary LFO based on tempo clock, but the other is using a sidechain. I see that Motion has some external sidechain option, but I just cannot figure out how to get this working. As I understand this must be related to the dynamic section? Has anyone tried this? Thanks.
----------------------------
I have figured this out already. Need to use the "external transient sidechain triggering mode", then One-Shot Mode in the Motion window and remove the last node in the Motion Window envelope. This way it works as CabelGuys Kickstart2 in audio triggering mode.

Does anyone know how it you're able to map some midi controls of an Arturia Keylab controller to EFX, while still using other knobs and sliders for an instrument that you're playing? For example if one track in your DAW running a drum loop with EFX, and a few of your sliders or knobs control EFX's macros, while you're playing keys on a second track and the modwheel and other sliders still control the instrument.
I never use all the knobs or sliders of the Keylab, so I could probably leave some assigned to EFX's macros without missing them for the instrument.

I use Reaper, if that helps. I don't know if this woule be a matter of assigning different midi channels to each track, or just not having the same slider mapped to both tracks. thanks!

It depends entirely on the DAW.mharrybrewery wrote: Tue Oct 24, 2023 2:36 am Does anyone know how it you're able to map some midi controls of an Arturia Keylab controller to EFX, while still using other knobs and sliders for an instrument that you're playing? After Fragments was released I was really hoping they would end up making a glitch/motion style effect plugin to compliment it. Enter Efx Motions. I think this will definitely work for me
