Reading Urs, i somehow thought, but what is it more advanced or "better" then what we have in Serum, Dune 3, Phase Plant, Vital?

To be fair, your post didn't make much sense in the context. What the video in the first post shows is Zebralette, which is a freeware synths, and features (if I recall correctly, and, as far as I understand) a single Zebra (3) oscillator, and is rather there to showcast what that single oscillator can do already.

That all said, I don't quite get Urs' defensive and offensive reaction, but, hey, you heard the man. He doesn't want you as a customer, so, act accordingly.

Well, this is page 8 of a development thread, with tons of information already given, and you come in, demand something completely unrelated and uninformed, and you are acting pretty Karen like. And then you insult the developer, with some threatening nonsense (the Gladiator bit is just weird). And he is not just a store seller, but the guy who actually designs it, and is very passionate about his creations. The same guy who asks for input and listens to customers for years, is super responsive - and you still insult him. Maybe, just maybe, that's the reason why he lost his temper for a second...?! To stay within your story: Sometimes there are customers who just continue to yell at you, no matter what you do, as they are not interested in a solution but in the yelling, and they do not listen, but prefer to continue yelling, as they have an immense feeling of entitlement.

By the way: Zebra already does what you ask for, as it was pointed out by others, and it is also brilliant for bread and butter sounds (nothing wrong with weird, either), and is used for professional productions around the globe. So what is your problem, anyway?

You're response (as in directly following his post) was:

It might be a language thing, it might be a cultural thing, it might just be you. But if you follow something like the aforementioned post with "if XY does not have AB, I'm not...", it gives off the impression that you think you can "demand" feature AB from a developer... or else. Look around. No one else talks to any developer like this, not even here. What made you think, you could?

And then you go even further and start giving him advice. A seasoned professional who has been making and selling plugins very successfully for a very long time. Again, what made you think your "expertise" goes so far as to question U-he's decisions? What made you think they should specifically "listen" to the designers (I suppose you're referring to sound designers?)?

Why all developers do their stuff and don't listen designers ,what are important parts in the sequence,so to be developed further.

And then you're trying to get confirmation for all of that. "Am I wrong?". Because maybe, just a tiny bit, you yourself felt that it wasn't the best idea you've had all week.

In the end the goal is to make good make music with good synthesizers, not a weird noise...am i wrong?

This is really being blown out of the proportion. You just being a dick. Plus he isnt any random developer, Urs has way more swag then you do. Lets compare, if you die no one would care in music world, if Urs would then everyone would be sad and would care because he left a mark, inspired many people and you left just a shit stain.

I agree on a bug you had in mind about Hive, i also dont understand how for 2 years it couldnt be fixed.

We spent many days if not weeks trying to fix it thinking the underlying cause was something completely different. In the end, a few weeks ago we wrote an analysis tool that showed a complete different cause. It is a bug in the host software. We reported it, they confirmed it, but they said they won’t fix it anytime soon. However, knowing now what the cause is, we were able to find a more or less okay workaround.

There’s no need to try to bully us into submission by public outrage. We get a bug report, it goes into our ticket system, and that is that. It’ll be addressed whenever possible. Hence, repeatedly demanding a solution is just frustrating for us and possibly a cause to deescalate the issue. Nobody enjoys fixing things for stressy people.

I'd like to buy and make my own designer's sounds with something from uhe,actually like some of their stuff,but with such attitude,i don't know...what if i buy something and say hey there is a bug or else...already happens with other developers i am not just a regular user,but dare to say main developer of products for their products...anyway sad picture....before to write this post i made research and compare few synths i am about to buy and work seriously in the future,one of them was uhe,now i have no idea why i wanna give my money to this developer exactly,it's two way street i guess...

I think you should practice using the shift keys on your keyboard because it makes you look like you're poorly educated. When addressing yourself, you should be using capitalisation in the use of the letter 'I'. There is also a space after a comma. It makes it darn difficult to read easily and doesn't help your communication in acting in a petulant way in your posts in this thread which doesn't help you at all.

I agree one hundred percent. This contributes to no one's benefit and further underscores the real nature of certain entitled individuals. Gosh, it's incredible how many people act this way!

They always expect special treatment. Believing they should receive preferential treatment or privileges without earning them..
