It is the ones tagged as "rev2". Just on top or the other factory presets.

The Falcon 3 upgrade is a big move for UVI I think. I love the upgrade logic in the computer world. I think that all I have to concern with now is that I have all I need to produce stuff but it's like I'm on a spinning top that can't stop known as a full spin CPU that all the dimensions are driving to keep the same pace at creating worthy things and obsessing with the old the new and the future stuff like my whole past. My brain is an overclocked CPU but it makes my RAM run out.

Can't find any. Could you give one exact name for a preset that is version 3.0? It's possible that I'm missing the current up to date Factory Content.ufs file. The only version I see available at my-uvi website portal is 2.8.1.

As I said previously, UVI Portal.app is 100% broken for me. Doesn't work at all.. so I can't download anything that way.

Careful with that! I've registered a few products that way and these products DO NOT SHOW UP in UVI Portal after that. I registered the products I got through the Image-Line sale. Went through the my-uvi old legacy system instead of UVI Portal and now none of those products show up in the portal app. In general, the portal app is just terribly buggy and can't seem to find most of the things I've bought from UVI over the years.

Their system is completely bugged and they can't figure it out (it's now like 3 months since my last correspondence about this issue and they basically said "hold on.. we'll get back to you" but never did).

Could be just my system though. It is admittedly getting a bit on the old side as I'm still stubbornly on OS X Big Sur as it "just works" for most things.

Worked fine for me. Downloads were quick and UVI Portal is showing me Falcon and Falcon Factory are ready to install. I processed iLok after purchase. All good!

I'll do a manual install later. I don't foresee any problems.

You did say you were using Mac though. I'm on Windows 10.

I don't think it is the reason, I am on mac and use Falcon(very) happily since 1 year.

But, basically the factory presets for v3 are NOT mixed with the others, they are in a separate bank.
You should see in your list:
Factory Presets Rev2
Factory Presets.

I am with you on that one.
Sure the initial purchase is beyond the usual price of other great competitors of Falcon. But the global value makes up for it.
Nobody challenges the fact that it is a fantastic powerhouse even if we would love a bit more usability improvements.

And as I said already, the new presets are really really excellent, I can't wait to tweak and use them.

Did the VST3 manual install.
UVI Portal recognized it was installed.

Put the Falcon Factory file in my custom UVI Folder.
UVI Portal didn't notice it was there. Even though my custom settings are correct in UVI Portal.
I have to get UVI Portal to download and install the Factory file into my custom UVI Folder. The folder I had already manually put the Factory file in. Why? I have no f**king idea.

This will give me a little time to check out what to spend my VOUCHER on.

I've bought and sold Falcon 4 times. It's the best sounding synth I've ever used, and the most difficult. Maybe 5th time will be different.....

At least, owning Falcon helps you answer a very basic question:

Q: Do I need a more powerful synth?
A: Oh no, nevermind I already have Falcon.

I like the look of their compressor, never really been impressed by the libraries, but are open to suggestions.
I'm most excited to try the sequencers with MIDI out

No smart thoughts but one is a French company, the other one Belgian, culturally we are very close and most often speak the same language.
Paris and Bruxelles are easy to reach. So operationally a close collaboration should be possible.

At the time of the purchase, I remember ImageLine CEO being very clear on the fact that he wanted to keep UVI value and not change their strategy.
V3 seems to confirm that quite well.
