Well, d'l of the new lib doesn't work here. Instead of this (UVI support image)

I see this (for hours):

Nothing happens, besides spinning forever ...

Restart your computer, clear your cache ...

Restart didn't help.

And in terms of cache clearing: which one do you mean? I only know how to do this with my web browser(s). But with the OS (W10)? No clue ...

Indeed I was hoping than clearing the browser would help.

Next step is to try with a different browser?
Or if you try with portal, uninstall it completely and reinstall....

I have the same problem. I already deleted the tmp folder for the download (check the Portal preferences) but this didn't fixed it.

You can download the factory library from the webpage in the my-products section, too. Choose the "rev 2" version.

Fun fact (rather not): My user area @UIVI only provides the portal for download. Nothing else. No lib, no app. Therefore I was already wondering what some guys here are talking about.

Will try the reinstall of Portal later on. Thx again for your kind efforts.

EDIT: Found the DL-Link (DL-page). The link to it couldn't be smaller ...

New Falcon 3.0 update was nicely small! I was afraid of 10gt packet! And the update is very good, new presets are musically very usable. Please find attached small demo made mostly with Falcon 3.0.

Indeed. Exceptionally small. In fact, if all the old presets are tweaked and in place in Rev 2, the total size of the new content is 12mb. The old ufs is 966mb, the new is 978mb.

For those who are loving the new library, could you point me to any presets that are based on multisampled real sounds? I mentioned Patchpool's Oud library earlier, which has good playable Oud samples plus a ton of interesting patches derived from them. Is there anything similar in there I missed? Alternatively any patches at all that if you were able to tag them (in an alternate universe you could use the words warm, organic, analog?

I had same issue with Falcon library install button not working in Portal. Even tried a Portal reset file UVI support had previously sent me. Had to download rev2 set from my account. uvi.net/my-products

Very happy to have Falcon back; UVI seem to have done a great job with v3.

Same here when I just tried to put it on the macbook. Everything else seems to work in Portal except the download button for the Factory Library. Fresh install too, so clearly UVI are still struggling to get this working for everyone.

As you say, manual download works normally.
